• Listings & activity: photos, videos, descriptions, prices, requests, offers, reviews, and cancellation history.
• Messages: chats between you and other neighbors about listings and pickups.
• Location: the ZIP code or city you search, and your device location only if you tap "Use my current location."
• Pickup details: private addresses you add for pickups.

• To run Pendi: show listings near you, connect buyers and sellers, and schedule pickups.
• To keep the community trustworthy: email confirmation, phone number on file, neighbor standing, and reviewing reports.
• To contact you about your account and important updates.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Your display name, handle, photo, reviews, badges, and social links you've added.
• Your general pickup area. Your exact address is shared only with a confirmed buyer, at the time you choose to release it.
• Your phone number is never shown publicly.

Anything you share with another user (addresses, payment handles, messages) is under their control once shared. Share only what you're comfortable with.

• Edit your profile and remove listings anytime.
• Ask us to access or delete your account data by emailing pendimarketplace@gmail.com. Some records may be kept where required by law or to prevent abuse.

Pendi is for adults 18+. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
